HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION AND DO I NEED TO MAKE ONE?
We’ve made it easy for you, click on the top right corner if you’re on a computer or the 3 lines at the top if you’re on a mobile device.
We strongly recommend reservations as we typically become fully committed on weekends and some weekdays. Make the reservation with some time in advance to secure your night.
Bar seats are also reserved and not available on a first-come, first serve.
Lastly, we limit phone usage during service hours to accommodate our guests; if you have any questions about your existing reservation, please message us through OpenTable; if you are trying to make a reservation, that is also the only way to secure a reservation. If there are none available, this means we are fully committed for the night and welcome you to make reservations on a different night.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A PARTY OF 6 OR MORE?
The best way to reserve a space for 6 or more is by emailing us. You’ll need a CC to reserve but it’s just standard procedure. To save you from flipping back and forth, we’ve provided the email here: reservations@verse.la
DO YOU HAVE VALET?
Though we’re on a sleepy street with ample street parking, we do offer valet Monday - Saturday
DO YOU HAVE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT EVERY NIGHT? IF SO WHAT TIME?
Every night, we have an innovative and exciting artist on our stage. The energy in the room does tend to get a little more lively as we get closer to the weekend, so plan your experience accordingly.
Unfortunately, we don’t publish set times, but rest assured that we plan set times throughout the night so that every reservation has an opportunity to listen to live music based on our reservation allocations.
DO YOU HAVE A SCHEDULE SHOWCASING MUSICAL ACTS?
We don’t offer a musical schedule, but kindly ask that, as you do with our cuisine and libations, you trust our taste in music.
DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTIONS?
Angeleno Cuisine isn’t just about meats, poultry, and seafood, so we have made a few provisions for our vegetarian and vegan friends. Our assortment is not as robust as our current menu, but we are constantly working towards more options; just ask your server, and they’ll give you the royal veggie treatment.
ANY OUTDOOR SEATING?
Though we did have a stint with alfresco in 2020, Verse is best experienced indoors. As a recording studio large enough to house a restaurant, you’ll be transported to a perfectly acoustic room upon entering.
CAN THE RESTAURANT BE RENTED FOR PRIVATE EVENTS?
Our focus will always be on our customers, but we can always open the doors on our days off and other times for special events. For that, please email or click on the following link: events@verse.la
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OR TAKE-OUT?
Though there is an ease and convenience with take-out, our food simply doesn’t travel well. We believe it’s best to experience our cuisine, sound, and libations while you dine with us.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our hours vary, so scroll to the bottom of the page for the most up-to-date information. However, our kitchen does close at 9:30 PM on the weekdays and 10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
DO YOU OFFER A FULL BAR?
With the best in beer, wine, and spirits from across the globe, we are constantly adding to our list, so make sure to check in with us often.
DO YOU HAVE A CORKAGE FEE?
We do; the corkage fee is $50 per bottle; however, this is waived if one or more of our bottles are bought. There is one corkage fee waived per bottle bought.
Magnum bottles are subject to a $75 corkage fee.
DO YOU HAVE AN OUTSIDE DESSERT FEE?
We do; the outside dessert service fee is $5 per slice of cake or dessert item per person brought into VERSE LA to be served to your party.
CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS, FLOWERS, OR BALLONS FOR A BIRTHDAY?
Though we support having a great time, we do not allow any outside decorations or flash photography as they may impact our guests’ experience.
