It all starts with an idea… To make a studio big enough to fit a restaurant. Under the guidance of multi-Grammy-winning mixer Manny Marroquin, VERSE Los Angeles has pushed the auditory boundaries to a place where diners can no longer return from, by offering one of the most perfectly acoustic dining environments in the world.

Donning the Meyer Sound Constellation System, VERSE pumps out tunes through its 58 strategically placed (and mostly invisible) speakers with playlists personally curated by MM himself; weaving through genres and taking the patrons through mind bending tangents that always lead back home.

When we’re not using the Constellation for playlists or to blur background noise when sharing intimate conversations, (oh did we mention it has energy redistribution technology?) we also record live performances. While being able to replicate the acoustics of any major venue in the world, we mix live using our SSL Live L300 digital console. The performance is then fed through fiber optic cables straight to our sister company, the world famous Larrabee Studios where its 6 studios have become legendary in the music industry.

Being the only restaurant in the world to combine this with Libra sound panels doesn’t give us something to brag about but being able to offer this to people that truly appreciate a perfectly acoustic dining experience does.
